Why can’t we run our event ourselves?

Running a safe auto based event on a race track or other environment takes special knowledge, equipment, setup, planning and insurance. All of these are provided by Team-X-Factor with over 200 years of cumulative race and event running experience. We understand the safety needs, the instruction needs, the safety and track equipment requirements and the insurance requirements. We can make your event an organized and safe one.

What do you provide at an event?

We can provide almost anything you need. We provide the Team members, certified instructors, certified safety officials, safety equipment, radios for communications, track clean up materials and equipment, flat bed towing equipment and Professional Drivers for demonstration or hot laps. We can procure paramedic based safety teams, ambulance service, track rental and track cleaning equipment as needed. We can also provide food service, fuel service and other items to make a good event a GREAT event. One client wanted a band playing music at the event and we provided that as well. We will sit down and work out a plan with you for your event and then give you a quotation.

Safety is our major concern, how to do handle it?

Our goal is to have no incidents at events we manage. We meet this goal most events. We take a multiple approach to safety. This approach is to make sure the cars are safe, provide safety education to the drivers, provide certified instructors to ride with drivers, and provide an experienced safety team that can handle any possible incident with the safety and health of the people involved as a priority. We also have insurance to cover Personal Accident and Liability insurance as well as the option for collision damage insurance for the vehicles.

How far will you travel for an event? And is there additional cost?

Our home tracks are in Arizona. We can travel anywhere in the US. We have even done several events in France. Yes, there is an extra cost for travel and overnight stays. One event we did required 70 people for 3 weeks in Colorado. We can quote these additional costs for “away’ events.

Are there any auto related events that you CANNOT handle?

There may be some, but give us a chance to look at your event and let you know. Our experience includes a wide variety of events from actual professional races, media programs, ride & drives, Club track programs, testing programs, dealer driver education programs to putting on a full race spectator event.

What about training for children and young adults?

We do not provide driver training for students and young adults. We recommend Bondurant School for High Performance Driving for this and advanced race training. We can do track orientations for teens and young adults that already know how to drive on the street. Our insurance covers ages from 14 years old up.

Can you provide driving training for Law Enforcement Officers?

We recommend Bondurant School of High Performance Driving for Law Enforcement Driving Training. This is a specialized field and Bondurant is the top school in the country for that specialized training.

Is there a discount for multiple day events?

Yes, when we quote multiple day events we take into consideration costs that are lower in multiple day events.

Are there any “hidden” costs?

We discuss the whole event with you and our quotation will contain everything that you need. You can procure some things on your own and you can bring your own displays or other items. The important thing is to meet with us and lay out a plan for the event so everyone knows what is needed and provisions are made to make sure that all aspects of the event are handled.
